Yes, I'm here as I always was. Not singing too much - I don't know why, I guess I haven't been inspired too much musically.

The fan whips up a frenzy of thoughts
In reflecting a stray beam off its blades
A stray ray of light that wanders in
Oh, so small a thing at 3AM

If the beam would retract into its source
Would the blades stop whirring
So time'd retrace its inconsiderate path
